Not enough memory to download mod

So this proves this mod is still taking up all my space. Anything i can do to fix this? Or should i just delete my entire game and redownload it? If you're gonna go that far you could try deleting your MOD Storage first. If you go to manage game there should be a 5Gb Reserved Space. I was also getting it when trying to download the Winter mod, which I'd decided to try when all of the green mods proved unusable.
